YCCECE’s students come from diverse backgrounds and various parts of the world, many of whom require financial support to pursue tertiary education, but all of whom share a dream of serving and nurturing their country’s next generation. 為了推廣優良的教學法，耀中和耀華於2020年11月27至28日舉行線上學習教師專業發展日，除了大學教授和教育專家的主題演講，我們還邀請了四位校友來分享，他們是香港耀中2008年畢業生施琨琪女士、上海耀中浦西校區2009年畢業生張智先生、上海耀中浦東校區2012年畢業生林立平先生及上海耀中浦西校區2018年畢業生茹薏寧女士。我們的校友帶來的舊生視野，幫助我們的教育家更加了解耀中和耀華學生的核心需要。
